On May 16 – May 18th, the official FIG PARKOUR WORLD CUP 2025 will be hosted by JUMP freerun, TIG Sports, and Dutch Parkour.
The FIG Parkour World Cup Amsterdam 2025 is the premier event in the international parkour and freerunning scene. This competition is part of Urban Sports Week Amsterdam, alongside the 3×3 FIBA World Tour and the Shred Fest with BMX, Skateboarding and Inline Skating. The NDSM-Werf and NDSM Loods will be transformed into an urban sports festival, bringing together thousands of visitors and hundreds of top international athletes. In addition to the competitions, young athletes and visitors will have the opportunity to explore various urban sports.
What makes this event unique is that the FIG Parkour World Cup features two main competition categories:
Speed
This discipline is all about speed. Athletes must complete a designated course as quickly as possible, with efficiency and precision being key. Penalty seconds may be given for missed obstacles or incorrect techniques. The fastest time wins.
Freestyle
This category focuses on style, technique, and creativity. Athletes have a set time to showcase their best tricks and combinations on a course filled with obstacles. A panel of judges scores the runs based on difficulty, execution, flow, and originality. The highest score wins.

ABOUT URBAN SPORTS WEEK AMSTERDAM
The Urban Sports Week Amsterdam 2025 (USWA) will take place from May 16-18 at the NDSM-Werf and NDSM-Loods in Amsterdam-Noord. During these three days, athletes will compete in various elite sports championships.
The FIBA 3×3 World Tour Masters and the FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series will showcase the battle for the coveted 3×3 basketball title. Freerunners will demonstrate their skills in the FIG Parkour World Cup, featuring both speed and freestyle events. On May 17, the Amsterdam Breaking Championship will take place.
Additionally, there’s Shred Fest, an event dedicated to skateboarding, BMX, and aggressive inline skating. Besides top-level competitions, there will be plenty of space for clinics, culture, and various side events, ensuring something for every visitor to enjoy.
